In consideration of being allowed to participate and attend the gatherings organized by AMAR, which take place in various locations, you agree to comply with all rules, regulations, terms, and conditions of any edition.
Purpose of the Gatherings
Tierra de Rosas :: AMAR organizes both in-person and virtual gatherings designed to foster personal and communal growth through art and a connection with the natural rhythms of life.
Participants
In-Person Gatherings for Women: These gatherings are intended for women who play supportive roles in their environments, such as mothers, therapists, teachers, or community leaders. While primarily designed for them, all women are welcome, regardless of race, background, or beliefs. The emphasis is placed on recognizing that work or a role does not define our identity; you are you, woman.
In-Person Gatherings for Couples: Open to all types of couples, regardless of sexual orientation, gender identity, or marital status. These gatherings are not designed to romanticize relationships but to explore mutual growth and support in daily life.
Documentation
It is necessary to sign the waivers provided by Tierra de Rosas :: AMAR and the event spaces. These waivers will be sent digitally for signing or provided in physical format during the gathering. In virtual gatherings, only terms and conditions will be signed and sent digitally to maintain a respectful space.
Registration and Confirmation
Once you submit your registration form, we will contact you via WhatsApp to offer personalized guidance. We will send you the terms and conditions, along with the required waivers (for in-person or virtual gatherings). Additionally, we will provide details about the experience you will be part of.
We will then schedule a video call to address any questions you may have before finalizing your registration.
Once you have read and accepted the terms and conditions and the waivers, we will send you the payment link to complete your registration. Our team will be available to ensure you have all the necessary information and that the process is smooth.
Recommendation Guide
For all gatherings, both in-person and virtual, we provide a recommendation guide. These suggestions are intended to prepare your body for travel and the overall experience. They serve as enriching guidelines that offer support to those who choose to participate. The goal is to arrive at each gathering with a preparation that enhances your experience and well-being.
Investment and Logistics
The gatherings do not cover transportation costs (flight tickets, visas, vaccinations, travel insurance, etc.), so each participant must organize their own travel. For some gatherings, transportation from the meeting point to the event location will be included; this information will be specified in the invitation.
If you do not reside in the country where the gathering takes place, it is mandatory to have international medical insurance that covers medical care and return transportation if necessary.
Phone Use and Documentation
To encourage presence and respect, we discourage the use of mobile phones during the gatherings. While photos and videos will be allowed at specific moments, their use will be regulated. An official photographic record will be created, and in some gatherings, disposable film cameras will be provided to allow you to capture your experience from your own perspective.
Importance of Reservation
As an independent platform, each reservation is essential. Beyond the effort and dedication we put into the organization, advance payments are non-refundable. Please read these terms carefully before confirming your participation.
Communication and Coordination
For each gathering, we will create a WhatsApp group to coordinate details such as shared transportation or meeting points.
Inclusion and Diversity
Tierra de Rosas :: AMAR is an inclusive space. We welcome all individuals and couples, regardless of sexual orientation, gender identity, race, background, or beliefs. Our goal is to create an environment of respect and mutual growth.
Virtual Gatherings
Virtual gatherings are designed to offer a meaningful experience from the comfort of your home. For optimal participation, ensure you have a stable internet connection and a quiet space.

Materials and Preparation: For some virtual gatherings, materials will be sent in advance, or a list of necessary items will be provided.

Use of Cameras and Microphones: We encourage the use of cameras for a more connected experience, although we understand that at certain moments, you may prefer to keep it off.

Recordings: Virtual gatherings will not be recorded to protect participants’ privacy.

Documentation: The signing of terms and conditions will be conducted digitally for virtual gatherings.

Acknowledgement of Risks and Dangers. I understand and acknowledge that (a) the activities at the Gathering have inherent dangers that no amount of care, caution, instruction, or experience can eliminate; (b) there are spaces on the grounds, including sinkholes, lakes, streams, rivers, and trees, that may be dangerous; (c) the use and enjoyment of the Property and the Gathering activities require effort and skill levels that may vary from moderate to very high, depending on how you choose to use and enjoy the Gathering and the Property; (d) the Properties chosen are located in a somewhat remote, rural to semi-wilderness area and prompt medical attention, if any, may not be available; (e) due to the remote natural setting of the Property, nighttime lighting is minimal and therefore there is a risk of slipping, falling, and collisions with natural and man-made objects.

Responsability ( f) It is my responsibility to exercise due care in the use and enjoyment of the Property and the Meeting; (g) the risks inherent in your use of the Property and the Meeting may arise as a result of man-made and/or natural conditions, and that not all hazardous conditions will be readily apparent, marked as hazardous, or made safe prior to your use and enjoyment of the Property and the Meeting; (h) These inherent risks include, but are not limited to, tripping, burns, and inanimate objects such as falling branches, etc., unknown or hidden dangers on the premises, natural hazards, uneven and dangerous terrain, wildlife, insect bites, careless behavior on my part or on the part of other participants, errors in judgment on the part of the owners, or creators of Tierra de Rosas :: AMAR (j) Possible injuries include everything from minor muscle aches, bruises, sprains, abrasions, and lacerations to more serious injuries such as sprained ankles, broken bones, knee injuries, shoulder injuries, back sprains, neck sprains, internal injuries to major organs, closed head trauma, and chipped or broken teeth, as well as catastrophic injuries such as permanent disabilities, spinal injuries, paralysis, and even death. We are not responsible for any damage to cars due to theft or damage caused by tree branches.

Acceptance of Risks. I expressly and voluntarily assume all risks during my participation in the Activities or any aspect of the Meeting, whether or not caused by the negligence of Tierra de Rosas :: AMAR and any of its owners, directors, employees, representatives, agents, contractors or volunteers (collectively, the "Released Parties"). I understand that my use and enjoyment of the Property and the Meeting and the Activities involves inherent risks, both those described herein and other risks, which are serious and may involve dangers regardless of the care taken by Tierra de Rosas :: AMAR or the Released Parties. I realize that my use and enjoyment of the Property and the Meeting and participation in the Activities require a certain degree of skill, coordination and physical fitness. I have read the preceding paragraphs and am aware of the nature of the Property, the Meeting and the Activities, understand the demands placed on me in relation to my physical condition and skill level, and appreciate the types of injuries that may occur as a result of such activities. I hereby acknowledge that my participation in the use and enjoyment of the Property, the Meeting, and the Activities is voluntary and that I knowingly assume all risks inherent in the Property, the Meeting, and the Activities, both those described herein and others that are currently unknown. Tierra de Rosas :: AMAR is unable to provide personal support for attendees. If you believe that you may require personal support, Tierra de Rosas :: AMAR will request that you purchase an additional ticket for that person.

Medical Liability. I consent to receive such medical treatment as may be deemed appropriate in the event of injury, accident, or illness during the Meeting, and I authorize Tierra de Rosas::AMAR and any first responders at the Meeting to administer emergency first aid, CPR, use any necessary medical devices, and secure emergency medical care or transportation, if Tierra de Rosas::AMAR deems necessary, and I agree to be responsible for payment of all costs of emergency medical care and transportation. I hereby release Tierra de Rosas::AMAR, the Released Parties, and any and all persons involved in providing wellness, first aid, or any medical treatment to me at the Meeting, from any liability or obligation related to providing me with first aid suggestions, for my decisions about what type of wellness, first aid, or medical assistance to use, and for any emergency first aid provided to me. Participants with known acute or chronic medical conditions are (a) solely responsible for the management of their condition for the duration of the Meeting, (b) are required to provide all lodging, medications, medical equipment, and other services necessary to ensure that their condition is appropriately cared for and monitored during their time at the Meeting, (c) should strongly consider bringing a ticketed medical assistant/companion to assist in monitoring their condition during their time at the Meeting if necessary, and (d) are encouraged to alert Tierra de Rosas :: AMAR of their acute or chronic condition if necessary.

Health check-ups. I acknowledge and/or agree to the following. The safety of all attendees and participants of the event is paramount. Participants and attendees will act with the utmost regard for the safety of other attendees and participants of the event. Tierra de Rosas :: AMAR cannot guarantee that its event participants or attendees will not become infected with COVID-19, its variants, or any other infectious disease. By attending the event, you agree to assume all risks. Your attendance at the event is voluntary and you knowingly accept all risks, including health risks, related to infectious diseases and illnesses, such as COVID-19, even if they arise from the negligence or fault of another party. By entering the meeting, you acknowledge that you understand and will comply with the above health and safety requirements, and you agree to assume all risks.

Exemption and waiver of liability. I release and discharge the Released Parties from any and all liability, claim, demand or cause of action I may have in the future for injury, damage or death arising from my participation in the Meeting and Activities and use of the Property. I hereby release, waive, discharge and covenant not to sue the Released Parties and hold them harmless from any and all claims arising from my use and enjoyment of the Property and the Meeting and Activities, including any injury resulting from the ordinary negligence of the Released Parties.

Indemnification. I further agree to release, defend and indemnify the Released Parties from and against any and all judgments, costs, damages, including investigation costs, attorneys' fees, expert fees, and costs and expenses related to trials, litigation, arbitration and/or mediation, relating to any and all claims made against Tierra de Rosas :: AMAR or any of the Released Parties in connection with any conduct by me at the Meeting and on the Property, or by the persons I registered to attend the Meeting, including any injury or loss due to the ordinary negligence of the Released Parties.

Telephone use. I agree to respect the use of the telephone during the times dictated by Tierra de Rosas :: AMAR as well as to place it in the spaces assigned by the organizers, whether to communicate with other people or take photographs of the meeting. I agree to respect the privacy of the attendees and not violate the space.

Photographs allowed. Although general photography is prohibited, except for personal use, Tierra de Rosas :: AMAR records certain events or programs, using professionals to take official photographs and videos. Our commitment is and always will be to take care of your privacy, so the person designated to create the record will only be able to access the practices indicated without violating the space, privacy or process of the attendees. By entering the Property and attending the Meeting, you agree that Tierra de Rosas :: AMAR may participate in photographs, audio recordings, and video recordings that may include your image or voice, and you agree to Tierra de Rosas :: AMAR's ability to choose the content that it deems appropriate to publish, display, or reproduce the images or recordings to promote the meetings and similar events. If you do not wish to be photographed during the event, you must email or contact the organizers 2 days prior to the event.
Registrations and payments
By agreeing to attend the meeting, you must fill out the form and you will receive the link to make the corresponding payments.
Deposit for Reservation
I acknowledge that by registering for the Tierra de Rosas :: AMAR virtual gathering, I must make an advance payment during the open registration period to secure my spot. My reservation will only be officially confirmed once I submit the payment receipt.
Payments
It is my responsibility to make payments on time and submit the corresponding payment receipts. I must ensure that the remaining payment is completed at least 4 weeks before the gathering begins to maintain my reservation. If I fail to do so, I will lose both my deposit and my spot.
Force Majeure Changes
Tierra de Rosas :: AMAR intends to hold the virtual gathering as scheduled. However, I accept that Tierra de Rosas :: AMAR is not responsible for unforeseen events, technical issues, internet connection failures, actions taken by government agencies, or similar circumstances that may interfere with the gathering. I understand that my payment is non-refundable, even if the gathering ends early, is canceled, or access conditions are modified due to causes beyond the control of Tierra de Rosas :: AMAR.
IN CASE WE MUST CANCEL
We always strive to promote each gathering effectively, ensure sufficient registrations, and manage digital resources and collaborator participation to ensure a smooth experience. However, as with any event, unforeseen situations may arise, so we strongly recommend paying attention to any notifications we send.
If we are unable to organize a gathering and must cancel, we will notify you as soon as possible and offer alternative dates along with an additional discount. Please note that Tierra de Rosas :: AMAR is not responsible for expenses incurred in preparation for the gathering, such as acquiring equipment or additional internet services.
Cancellation Policies
No changes will be possible. If you need to cancel, no refunds will be issued under any circumstances.
Refund Policy
All sales are final. I understand that my registration is not subject to any refunds, has no cash value, and cannot be exchanged for cash. I understand that my registration is not subject to change, except as described in this paragraph below.
I understand that registration fees are non-refundable, even if Tierra de Rosas :: AMAR requests my withdrawal due to a potential violation of these Terms and Conditions or the event regulations, or if the gathering ends early, is canceled, or access conditions are modified due to force majeure, as described below.
I understand that my access to the gathering is transferable only under the following conditions: it may be transferred to another person, provided that (1) the transfer is not for more than the amount originally paid for access and the associated purchase fees, and (2) the transferee signs a copy of the Terms and Conditions before participating in the gathering. There are no exceptions to these deadlines.
SORRY, BUT THERE ARE NO EXCEPTIONS
Payments are non-refundable, as they cover the necessary work required to find a replacement or the risk of not finding one. Due to non-recoverable payments that we must make in advance to secure the gathering, no exceptions can be made to our policies for any reason, including a positive COVID-19 test or other health conditions, family or work emergencies, personal technical issues, bad weather, or a change of mind.
If you cannot attend the gathering due to unforeseen circumstances, such as connection failures, power outages, or any other technical difficulties, the gathering fees are non-refundable. If you arrive late or need to leave the gathering early, you will not receive any refund for the remaining time of your scheduled participation.
Acknowledgments and Additional Agreements
I acknowledge and/or accept the following:

I have the necessary technological resources and capacity to safely and effectively participate in the virtual gathering.

I assume the risk of all my medical conditions (e.g., asthma, diabetes, anaphylaxis, epilepsy, heart disease, or high blood pressure).

Tierra de Rosas :: AMAR recommends that I obtain medical authorization before participating in the gathering if I have any relevant health conditions.

I will stop participating in the gathering if I experience discomfort such as fainting, shortness of breath, intense anxiety, or chest pain.

I agree to comply with all safety and respect-related rules while participating in the virtual gathering.

I agree to immediately inform Tierra de Rosas or designated staff if I observe inappropriate behavior or any condition that endangers others.

I understand the importance of the rules and agree to follow all instructions, guidelines, and warnings provided by Tierra de Rosas :: AMAR and its collaborators.

In spaces such as Tierra de Rosas :: AMAR, where people from all walks of life gather, I will attend with openness and respect. I agree to engage in this practice using the resources provided.

I acknowledge that Tierra de Rosas :: AMAR has the authority to terminate my participation in the gathering if it is determined that I pose a danger to others or myself.
The current version of the Terms and Conditions applies. I understand that Tierra de Rosas may update these Terms and Conditions before the gathering, and if so, the revised Terms and Conditions will apply to me.
By accessing the gathering, I confirm my binding acceptance of the Terms and Conditions in effect at the time of my participation.
I confirm that these rules, liability waiver, and indemnity provisions supersede any and all prior promises or agreements, whether oral or written, regarding the subject matter herein (including statements made on the Tierra de Rosas :: AMAR website).
I understand that this is the complete agreement between me and the Released Parties regarding the subject matter herein, and it cannot be modified or changed in any way except in writing signed by an authorized representative of Tierra de Rosas :: AMAR.
I expressly agree that the above rules, liability waiver, and indemnity provisions are intended to be as broad and inclusive as permitted by the laws of the state of Quintana Roo or the country/state where we are located and that if any part of them is deemed invalid, the remaining provisions shall continue to be in full legal force and effect.
I agree that by accepting the terms of these Terms and Conditions and signing digitally (if applicable), my act of acceptance confirms that I have read and understood these Terms and Conditions, and that I agree to all their terms, to the same extent as if I had read a printed copy and signed it by hand.
