AMAR is a platform that creates alliances with other women to strengthen paths and build spaces for authentic encounters. However, our primary focus is on individual cultivation, sharing from a genuine, gentle, and respectful place.
Our offerings invite light and enjoyable cultivation, promoting sharing in the same measure as we give to ourselves. At the same time, the platform is open to all humans, including couples who wish to explore their bond from the perspective of respect, maturation, and mutual care. While our foundation remains feminine, AMAR welcomes those seeking a space to nurture and explore their experiences.
It is of utmost importance to remember RESPECT and active listening for all processes, beliefs, preferences, and genders, as well as humility when looking at others. We recognize that each person has their own pace, and in this space, we honor the diversity and unique journey of every individual.
All participants are responsible for caring for and preserving the space, respecting boundaries, and avoiding any form of invasion or violence. This includes maintaining clear and authentic communication, fostering harmonious coexistence.
Furthermore, AMAR acknowledges the importance of the body as a tool for artistic expression and as part of its content, including photographs and visual materials. We invite everyone to relate to this content with a respectful and appreciative gaze, recognizing the deep intention to connect with beauty and memories through art.
The platform focuses on sharing spaces designed to nourish women who are pillars in their communities, as well as those who share their experiences and teachings with the world. However, the space is open to anyone wishing to cultivate and explore their personal path, enriching their resources and support tools both individually and in their relationships with others.
Each program and membership has its own specific terms and conditions. All participants must accept these terms and conditions without exception in order to be part of our offerings.

By using the AMAR platform, you agree to the following terms and conditions.
We reserve the right to change these terms and conditions and will publish the updated terms and conditions on this page. By being part of the platform, you accept the most recent version of the terms and conditions and release AMAR from any liability that may result from the misuse of its programs.
Intellectual Property
All content shared on the websites is the property of AMAR. Web profiles are for personal, non-commercial use. It is not allowed to use the website's content for your own commercial purposes unless AMAR agrees to it. Copying, downloading, modifying, or reproducing content from the website infringes intellectual property and copyright laws. If content is available for download, it will have a download option or will be clearly indicated.
The Space
Working remotely allows us to connect and build broader bridges, where practices and experiences can be shared without distance being a limitation, but rather a form of encounter between one another. Although this space was originally created for women who sustain, teach, and share, it has also evolved to include couples and all human beings, with a foundation in the feminine perspective.
This space is free and designed to encourage kind and respectful encounters. Each person is responsible for their own emotional well-being and for creating their own safe space. The established guidelines aim to ensure that the interaction within AMAR remains within a framework of mutual respect and care.
Each member is responsible for:

Avoiding dangerous or destructive behaviors, both for oneself and others.

Being truthful about their identity and never pretending to be someone else.

Not sharing information from the space for commercial purposes or outside the boundaries established by AMAR.
If a member does not act according to these principles, AMAR reserves the right to remove them from the program.
The established guidelines are designed to ensure that the encounters are enriching and respectful, promoting an environment where everyone can share and participate authentically.
Responsibility
AMAR is a space for guidance, integration, and complement, where we share 1% of the work by offering tools and practices. The remaining 99% of integration and transformation lies in the individual commitment of each participant.
Presence
Your commitment to being fully present in the encounters and practices is required, with the intention of deepening experiences and understanding them with greater discernment.
Assistance
While we value live participation in the encounters, we understand that each person lives a different reality. AMAR does not aim to promote stress or hurry, but this does not exempt anyone from fulfilling the commitment made to themselves.
Recordings
AMAR has a platform where recordings of the live encounters will be available, allowing you to proceed at your own pace and timing.
Support Sessions
The Develo program includes a personal advisory session per month, designed for closer and deeper guidance.
No Discrediting
The member of the AMAR platform agrees not to discredit AMAR, its collaborators, or any person or entity that represents the values and fundamental principles of the community. For the purposes of this platform, "discrediting" is defined as making negative statements, either written or oral, that affect the integrity, work, or ethical principles of AMAR, its collaborators, shared content, or activities. The parties recognize that mutual respect, integrity, and harmonious collaboration are fundamental values of the AMAR platform. A safe and respectful space is a shared responsibility of all members, and without this collective commitment, it would not be possible to foster an enriching environment for the community.

Payment
Payment Policies
Payment Automation
By selecting a monthly payment plan, the system will automate charges for your convenience.
Participant's Responsibility
It is the participant's responsibility to ensure that funds are available to cover the monthly or total amount of the program by the established deadlines.
Late Payments
If you choose to pay via a monthly plan, you agree to make automatic payments every month. If a payment is not processed, you will receive an automatic reminder by email.
Up to three reminders will be sent.
If the payment remains pending after the reminders, a 10% surcharge will be applied for each overdue month.
Access to the platform will be suspended until the outstanding amount is paid.
This procedure is irreversible.

By making a payment for your participation in our programs, you are making a present decision that reflects your commitment to yourself and your own growth process. It is essential that you meet the established deadlines to ensure that your commitment remains intact and that you can make the most of the resources we offer. Cancellation Policy of the Plan
Cancellation of the monthly or total plan is not available. This space is designed to foster a deep commitment to your personal growth and development.
Offering cancellations would go against the intention of this space, which seeks to inspire you to prioritize your inner nourishment and cultivation.
AMAR’s programs and resources have been carefully and thoughtfully designed. These tools require time and dedication to explore, integrate, and apply, which goes beyond a superficial experience month by month.
Force Majeure Cancellations
In exceptional situations, you can request a cancellation by justifying your case. To do so, you must send an email to info.amarespacio@gmail.com at least 15 days before your next payment.

CANCELLATION
Encounter Dates
The dates for the encounters are scheduled months in advance, but in the event that a facilitator faces an unforeseen circumstance, the meetings will be rescheduled as soon as possible, with the corresponding notice provided.
This applies to all programs and memberships.
Returns and Refunds
The services offered by AMAR are virtual and in-person training contents. Therefore, no returns are allowed once the purchase has been made.
Once the service has been rendered and the program or certification organized by AMAR has begun, it will not be possible to request a full or partial refund for reasons such as absence, partial participation, dissatisfaction, or any other reason unrelated to the service provided.
Payments for Programs and Memberships
Payments for programs and memberships are made automatically, either monthly or annually, depending on the chosen plan. If you wish to cancel the membership/expedition, you must do so by emailing info.amarespacio@gmail.com at least 15 days before your next payment.
Non-Participation in Programs
If you notify your cancellation or non-participation at least 15 days before the start of the course, the payment made will not be refunded, but you will be entitled to a credit for the same amount that you can apply to other services or programs offered by AMAR.
This credit can be used in any of the programs offered by AMAR and will be valid for 12 months from the payment date. If you choose to apply the credit to a higher-priced course, only the difference needs to be paid.
Uncommunicated Absence
If you do not communicate your cancellation or absence and this is due to reasons beyond AMAR’s control, unfortunately, no refund can be requested. This includes, but is not limited to, personal or work-related reasons, issues such as lack of electricity supply, unstable or poor-quality internet connection, malfunctioning electronic devices, etc.
AMAR does not assume responsibility for situations outside of its control, such as internet service interruptions, weather phenomena, or other factors preventing participation in the programs.
Refunds for Program Cancellation
If AMAR is forced to cancel any program or event, whether live or on-demand, a 100% refund of the amount paid will be processed.
TERMS
& GENERAL CONDITIONS FOR ALL PROGRAMS
AMAR reserves the right to request the removal of any participant who has disrespected or violated the participation conditions of our programs or membership, or if it is considered that this person has become an obstacle to the group process and the integrity of the space.
Medical Conditions and Special Requirements
AMAR does not offer medical care. Each participant must consult with their support team or system regarding their physical condition. It is the participant's responsibility to assess the risks and requirements of each program, their physical and mental state, as well as any medical condition. If the participant has any special medical condition, they must inform us and provide a medical certificate indicating that their doctor authorizes their participation. We are committed to supporting special requests, but these are not part of these terms.
Acceptance of Risks
Each participant acknowledges that AMAR’s programs may involve certain health or safety risks. The participant assumes these risks and releases AMAR from any claims related to damages, injuries, or death arising from these inherent risks in the practice.
Participant Responsibility
Each participant agrees to take responsible actions regarding their own safety, including the proper use of candles, incense, and other related items. AMAR will not be responsible for any unforeseen circumstances that the participant has not anticipated or managed properly. The participant acknowledges that AMAR does not provide medical information and that it is important to have an adequate support system to address personal and health needs.
Our programs are resources designed to support self-discovery processes, both individually and in groups. These may trigger memories and emotions that could be overwhelming if the body is not prepared. While the recommendation sheet is voluntary, we suggest following it to be able to listen to oneself. Each participant is responsible for their own processes. Although these can be accompanied, the responsibility for self-care and self-respect lies with the participant. It is essential to cultivate discernment, openness, stillness, listening, and self-acceptance, without judgment. Your process is as valuable as the others'.
Psychological Health Responsibility
AMAR does not replace the services of a psychologist or psychiatrist. If the participant has serious psychological issues, it is recommended to seek professional help. AMAR offers general well-being support, but cannot treat clinical psychological problems.
Data Privacy
AMAR is committed to protecting the participant’s personal information. By using our website or filling out our forms, the participant gives their consent for the use of their information as described in this policy.
AMAR collects, retains, and uses personal information only to the extent necessary to provide services, products, or information, such as: full name, age, address, phone number, email, identification number, credit card number, and/or other payment details.
The security of personal information is fundamental to us. All personal information is stored in secure databases, protected by passwords, encryption devices, and firewalls to prevent unauthorized access. However, data transmission over the Internet cannot be guaranteed to be completely secure.
Access to personal information is restricted to authorized AMAR employees and external service providers necessary to offer services in our programs, such as transportation, accommodation, and activities. We require our employees and service providers to strictly comply with this policy to ensure that the participant’s information is protected. Unauthorized access or disclosure of participant information is strictly prohibited.
Exchange of Testimonials or Messages
AMAR does not require testimonials as proof of the value of our programs. Offered testimonials are a space for participants to share what they have experienced, what has been sown in them, and how they have transformed through their participation. We do not use these testimonials for visibility or promotion, but as a way for participants to share their own journey on their own terms. If a participant decides to share their testimonial with their name, AMAR may use it, but always respecting privacy and with the participant's explicit decision. At any time, if the participant does not want their testimonial to be used, it will be removed from our platform.
Complaints and Claims
If a participant has any complaint, they must notify AMAR as soon as possible to allow us to address it properly. Responsibility will not be assumed for claims that are not communicated in a timely manner.
Modification of Terms
AMAR reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Changes will be notified on this page and will take effect immediately after publication. Participants who continue to use the services after these changes accept the new terms.
